For
over twenty-six years, the leadership team at Dean Warehouse has demonstrated
an unrivaled commitment to quality and personalized service that has resulted
in superior results for Dean Warehouse customers whether globally, nationally
or regionally based.
Their vision and understanding of the warehousing, logistics, and transportation
business has made Dean Warehouse and its leadership team innovators in
the supply chain management industry – bringing the latest and best
technologies to create the most efficient and cost-effective solutions
for their customers’ every day needs.
The Dean Warehouse leadership team consists of
CEO, Bradford A Dean; President, Greg Foreman; and Vice President, Bradford
S Dean.

Bradford A. Dean, Chief Executive Officer
Brad Dean has served as CEO of Dean Warehouse since its founding in
1980. He has spent his entire career in logistics and supply chain
management. His vision and creativity has driven the development of
the Dean business-model. Over the past 26 years, he has built the
organization to be one of the most innovative warehousing, logistics
and transportation firms. And, he has created one of the industries
strongest management teams that include a dozen top regional professionals.
He is the supporter of numerous philanthropic initiatives in Northern
Rhode Island and serves on a variety of business and community boards.

Greg Foreman, President
Greg Foreman is the President of Dean Warehouse. Prior to his role
as President, he was the Vice President of Dean Warehouse for 4 years.
He came to Dean with a wealth of experience in the supply chain management
industry spending more than 10 years as a Vice President of a leading
west coast distribution company and also as an independent consultant.
Greg’s vision and commitment to the industry has been critical
to Dean’s growth and leadership. He was the catalyst behind
the adoption of the Dean Integration System™ —an essential
tool in providing Dean’s customers with the most cost-effective
technology. |

Bradford S. Dean, Vice President
Problem solver, innovator and superior project manager.
Continuing in the family tradition, Brad Dean has worked at Dean Warehouse
much of his life. As the son of Dean’s CEO, he has grown up
at Dean Warehouse, acquiring extensive knowledge of the warehousing,
logistics, and transportation business. He serves as a member of the
State of Rhode Island’s Worker Compensation Board. He is a graduate
of the International Warehouse Logistics Association at Ohio State
University. He earned an undergraduate degree from St. Michael’s
College. |

Leesa Michael, Marketing and
Information Technology Manager
Leesa directs two critical areas for Dean Warehouse – Marketing
and Information Technology. In marketing, Leesa drives the implementation
of Dean’s communication program. But, it is her work as part
of Dean’s technology team that has helped to push Dean Warehouse
into the national spotlight with the development of the Dean Integration
System™. She is a graduate of Curry College with a double major
and an MBA from New York Institute of Technology. |

Robert Witt, General Manager
Bob Witt is Dean’s General Manager and a key part of Dean’s
growth and development of new technology. After serving more than
29 years in senior roles at Georgia Gulf, Bob joined Dean in 2001.
He oversees space management, safety and operation’s management.
Bob is a proven expert in facility management and a key part of Dean’s
management team. Bob is a graduate of Bryant University.

Mike D’Ambra, Operations
General Manager
Warehouses are efficient due to great management, effective technology
and a well-trained workforce. At Dean, Mike D’Ambra serves as
the force that ensures that these elements work together to guarantee
that Dean’s customers get the most effective operations. Formerly
at Peltor, Inc. for 14 years, Mike is a key part of Dean’s effective
warehouse efficiency. |

Ed Dean, Transportation
Manager
For more than 25 years, Ed has served in critical roles in Dean’s
operations. He is another example of the tradition, longevity and
experience of the Dean Warehouse staff. From roles as warehouse
manager, to maintenance to transportation, Ed is an important reason
why Dean continues to provide their customers warehousing, transportation
and logistics at the highest level. In the community, Ed has been
a volunteer fireman for more than a decade. |

Doug Beckett, Equipment Manager
For more than a decade Doug has been “Mr. Fix it,” overseeing
and directing a range of critical transportation issues. Directly
responsible for procurement and driving efficiency in Dean’s
Transportation division – Berkley Transportation, Doug is the
cog that keeps Dean’s transportation running.

Nilsa Soares, Customer Service
Manager
As the director of customer service functions at Dean, Nilsa sets
the tone for professionalism and effectiveness in customer relations
- from directing and implementing shipping functions for the widest
range of regional and global clients to ensuring that every client
is treated with the highest level of respect. Nilsa ensures that every
situation has a professional conclusion.

Cyndi Cwiklinski, Human and
Operations Resource Manager
Cyndi is responsible for overseeing third party relationships and
human resources. A seasoned-professional, she is driven by making
Dean more effective. “My goal is to bring my expertise to all
aspects of our work and make a positive impact on the business,”
said Cyndi. Presently, she is completing a degree in Human Resources. |

Lynn Streich, Sales Representative
Lynn finds the right direction for Dean’s Berkley Transportation
clients. Whether in need of a solution for transportation in Southern
New England or developing transportation efficiency strategy for transportation
to New York City, Lynn helps companies find cost-effective results.
Experienced in the industry for more than a decade, Lynn works with
a range of clients – large and small. She is a graduate of Rhode
Island College. |
